This 35 minute straight-forward program is available for late elementary, middle and high schools during the school day or for families in the evening.

This 40 minute program is offered for high school students during school day or families in evening.

Program covers:

  • The various methods of marijuana/THC use

  • Short and Long Term Impact of THC

  • How marijuana usage impacts a teens' academic, athletic and driving performance

  • Emphasis on overall impact of THC on the teenage brain

This 40 minute program is for middle or high school students. Offered during the school day.

Program covers:

  • Effects of vaping

This 75-minute program offered in the evening for parents and families, gives an overview of substances teens may misuse.

Program covers:

  • Paraphernalia

  • Communication techniques for opening up conversations.

  • Focus is on vaping, marijuana, opioids and prescription drugs.

This 45 minute in-service focuses on the trends in substance use by teens.

Program covers:

  • Covers vaping, marijuana, opioids and prescription drugs.

  • Paraphernalia and behavioral signs are discussed.

This 35 minute program is designed for High School Athletes.

Program covers:

  • Components of athletic fitness

  • Habits to achieve optimal athletic fitness

  • Negative impact of substance use on athletic performance

Puberty Programs

Helping youth grow up with a positive self image

Puberty: What's Next?

This program is targeted for 4th – 5th grade students. Students are separated by gender (two programs back-to-back, one for each gender)

Program covers:

  • changes of puberty,

  • personal hygiene responsibility,

  • structure and function of the reproductive systems (menstruation covered in female program).

This 60-minute program is for parents/guardians with kids of any age.

Program covers:

  • Tips and resources to help parents give their child age-appropriate sex education, open up conversations with their child, and be prepared for the "big talk".

Empowerment Programs

An interactive, engaging program to develop leadership skills and inspire unity.

This 75 minute program is for late elementary, middle school and high school students and school staff as an in-service.

Participants will:

  • Learn their personal leadership style

  • Identify and appreciate the leadership strengths of others

  • Gain insight into effective leadership communication

  • Walk away with skills to that will enhance your high school life, your leadership abilities and improve your relationship with others
